Exchange Window
No exchanges will be accepted after seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
Receipt Required
Original receipts must be presented for all returns or exchanges.
Unused Products Only
Products must be unused and returned in their original factory-sealed packaging.
No Cash Refunds
No cash refunds will be issued after the date of purchase.
Collection Period
Materials purchased must be collected within seven (7) days unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Electrical items opened and showing signs of usage
- Electrical wires cut per customer’s request
- Tinted paints or stains requested by customers
- Lumber or building materials that have been cut or altered
- Gas-powered equipment that has been used
- Cement, tile mortar, grout, adhesives, and similar construction materials
- Cut, opened, or altered products
- Special order items
- Sales or clearance items
Delivery & Labor Services
No refunds will be issued for delivery services or labor services rendered.
Card Transaction Refunds
Approved debit or credit card refunds will be credited back to the original card used for payment.
Inspection Required
MaxRoy Trading reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving any refund or exchange.
